Step 1: Date & Route Confirmation

Kindly inform us at info@bluevoyage.com.tr of the dates and the route you would wish to take so we can confirm availability and quote you our price. You can find an availability calendar at the bottom of the page. Once these details are agreed upon, we shall email you the contract.

Step 2: Contract Signing and Booking Fee

We would need a Booking Fee payment for 1000€ to confirm your charter. You can cancel and get a full refund until the last 90 days of your cruise start date.

Step 3: Charter Fee and Advanced Provisioning Payment

The full charter amount (minus the 1000€ Booking Fee) must be paid on or before 60 days of your cruise start date. We will send you a written confirmation upon reception of the fees.

We would strongly recommend the transfer of an optional Advanced Provisioning Payment for 30% of the charter fee for pre-departure and tour related expenses.

Step 4: Arrival

Everything is set and we are now eagerly waiting for your arrival. Kindly note, we will need the names and passport details of all the passengers before you arrive.

For your convenience, we shall monitor the weather and sea conditions and will inform you of if any route adjustments need to be made. We will also need the names and passport details of all the passengers before the departure.
